I want to get up and expolore NMW and Canada and pretty much where ever this spring/summer/fall

Ideally multi day trips that allow for some backcountry camping

How far up into Maine you looking to go? I know @mach1man001 and @DoubleRGirl have gone to the train and B-52 sites. Loads and loads of logging roads to explore in western Maine as well. My camp is in Eustis. My avatar was taken on top of Eustis Ridge

Same here. They're nice if you have the built in boxes behind them though.

If you use Reserve America, just put in trailer and a short length. They more do that so some dope in a 40' 5th wheel doesn't try to book a spot he'll never get into. With the small trailers, you'll be able to put it anywhere.

It is! Lots of site seeing to be done in that area, it's referred to as "the mountains and lakes region"

I love it up there. Had a blast with the boys in Rangeley a couple years ago on our annual camping trip.

 

First pic is Rangeley Lake! Second is Eustis Ridge, third is the North Branch of The Dead River right by camp, and the last one is Flagstaff Lake at Pine's Market public dock

I drove out to Worcester to visit a friend and saw a bunch of Tacos in my travels and more than one was lifted.

The urge to do something small is starting to come back. I must fight the urge. I have no wallet for this. None whatsoever.
