You should get her something, doesnt have to be much, like just some candy she likes or cookie or brownie or something and just "see" how she is doing, then apologize and make it sounds like you are at fault for the date not happening. Like "sorry about our date not going like you had in mind; you'll have to let me make it up to you some time"

You should figure out a less aggressive way to say that, and then tell her that. I, an 8 any day of the week, would love to hear someone thinks im a 10 and they are only attracted to 10s (my wife sometimes says im a 10 but she is just saying that cuz we are married... Although when we went to MI last summer i was a 9 because i had southern charm which is non existant up there even tho there is clearly a high demand for it)
