    If it's only a Toyota thing - why does it say "SR5" on the steering wheel of my mom's Nissan Murano?

    EDIT: Oh, yeah, I should probably explain mine. "Phoenix" - referring to the type of bird. It's what's on my home squadron's patch - symbolizing how the squadron "rose from the ashes" after years of being deactivated. "Cadet" - I'm a Cadet in the Civil Air Patrol (USAF Auxiliary) and have been for 4 years.

    No, I'm not from, nor have I ever lived in Phoenix.

    Lucky... cheated death a few times (rowdy, troubled youth), wife who understands I must have at least one truck, bike, motorcycle or computer project going on at all times, and I've owned nothing but Toyotas for the last 10 years. Lucky.

    My truck also has an account and username - Darth Taco, as in Darth Vader. yeah, I know, pretty cheesy. But you have to admit, a black taco very closely resembles the mug of the Darkside Jedi....

    I think what you're seeing Phoenix is "SRS" which stands for Supplemental Restraint System,or airbag.You'll notice it on the side,curtain,knee and just about every late model vehicle with second gen bags.

    Hoosier=a resident of Indiana.............................me
    Taco =commonly used abbreviation for Tacoma...I own one

    But used together its a play on the old saying......Who's your daddy?
    This phrase is used to dominate or express authority over another.
    Wouldn't everyone agree that the Tacoma is superior to all others?:humble:
