TRD Pro Grille for $140?

Thanks for sharing. I was in Concord, NC in mid-November and chatted with a 3rd Generation Tacoma owner who installed an OEM TRD Pro grille on his Tacoma. It sealed the deal on me going with a Pro grille. I just couldn’t tolerate the OEM price. I’ve only seen one other Tacoma with a TRD Pro grille and that was just off I-95 in Smithfield, NC.

 

I ordered a two piece grille from eBay, but I have since decided not to install on my 2018 because the sensor calibration is quite involved and I don't want to attempt. If you are in Canada, I can FedEx it to you on Monday morning "overnight" for the price I paid. Should arrive in most places either Tuesday or Wednesday. PM if interested.

 

Looks like the Maylasian seller is “Out of Stock”. I’m guessing anyone who ordered from beileya_0 is getting LEDs instead.

I have a extra pro grille for sale if anyone's interested box is in great shape and I dont hear anything loose while carrying it to my truck at post office.. I live in Northeast pa for local pickup or ill ship out. paid 160 looking for reasonable offer ...

 

Open the box and make sure it is a clean replica. Get photos. If so, Id be interested in buying from you.

I have the same response. I don't understand option 2? Does that mean we are fully refunded plus cost of shipping to another person? I will end up keeping and selling mine.

I was at the dealer yesterday and the 2018 grille looks a lot better than the 16-17, and that one had all the TSS stuff.

 

I am sure a refund or the correct part will be sent. The Malaysian seller has a ton of auctions up. It will just be a pain in the ass.

 

It looks like I will be getting the same thing you got but I really doubt this is an honest mistake. If they get enough of these orders (with payment) they could make years worth of a salary in a short time and then just disappear. I doubt eBay would ever be able to find them. I’ve always been leery of eBay and this certainly hasn’t helped it. I guess if it sounds too good to be true it is.... Bummer.

I hope you get your grille but I think I’m going to go ahead and contact eBay because I’m not sure how my grille could be shipped by ePacket when their guidelines just don’t jive with what I’m supposed to be shipped.

 

2 piece was delivered on 12/14. Fits well with no mods needed, no blemishes and only 1 broken clip

 

Contacted seller beilaya/ebay/paypal for refund. Paypal more helpful than ebay for possible scam. 2 days with no shipping info. All of the sudden I have tracking for epacket received from seller. Now, I guess I won't be refunded until I recieve item.

 

I think someone posted on her earlier that ePacket is for smaller and lighter packages. I’m not sure the grille could be shipped by that method but I hope we are all wrong about that. I contacted beilaya to confirm I would be receiving my grille and not something else and they have yet to respond.

 

Well, it looks like whatever I am going to get is getting closer.

 

I ordered the Malaysian grill too. $108. I have a tracking number through ePacket.

 

I guess so long as the grille is not longer than 36 inches and weighs no more than 4.4 pounds it is possible to ship via ePacket. The problem with that is the stock grille is over 40 inches wide. Maybe, just maybe, they can slip it through but it’s not looking good so far.
