NOT perfect, but good enough for fiberglass. Driver will be done tomorrow.

What rear kit :rofl:. Man you really had those things cranked up, the bro lean was so real haha. They're down about half way now, man it's awesome at speed when off road. Holds a line and rides great, at low speeds it bucks. Especially on the streets, oh well :D. Curious if some adjustment up or down would help

lol I'm a retard, I confused you with another member I sold a rear TC kit too... my bad. Dude I was just checking out the Install pics !! Looks badass! I Dig the solo arms! lol and that's got to hear ! Yea I had em cranked lmao I needed help to clear my damn tires ! Lol. And the bucking will happen with a stock rear end, it just can't keep up with the front that's all. Happened to me, lol. Get the pucker moment yet before a rut or bump and then the front just soaks it up but the rear bounces you to the heavens? Adjustments could help, if you put em halfway down it and your truck is level I would leave it. Invest in some icon and 2.0s or something to help absorb some carnage ;)

Yaaaa so I've expected and heard. I'd love to wait around for a good deal on lt shocks since that's what I want in the long run but might settle for some icons or Bilsteins for the rear at the right price. Gonna look at it more after xmas... Hopefully I'll stop looking at LT Baja bugs by then..... :D . Oh and my gawd the UCAs... There were issues with those.... Not to mention Firestone can't get an alignment right ugh lol.

Im a manufacturing engineer, just spend less and save for things you really want. Also, I started this whole thing almost five years ago and have the advantage of having all the tools i need to do it and a garage to do it in.

Its the 8" Fiberwerx. Even with the axle and spacers it is still wider than the tires.
Correct, no bed. the shocks, bumps, shackles, and other stuff would have hit it. So now the plan is to do something like the ttmotorsport tacoma and make a trunk.

@SanClemTaco Is that a tundra rear? What would you charge to set pinion angle and weld perches onto a tundra axle for me?

It is a tundra rear end.

Sorry, but i don't feel comfortable doing this type of work on someone else's vehicle. If something goes wrong, all blame lies on me and its not worth it for an effectively nominal amount of money.
That said, Ill be more than happy to walk you through how its done. But, setting a pinion is a huge amount of work; leaf packs need to be broken down, the suspension needs to be cycled over and over, among other things.
Even doing all that i still managed to set my pinion a degree too high and need to get two degree spacers to fix this.

The pinion is the last thing set, leafs need to be mounted to cycle everything. If the leafs are a bit too far forward a custom driveshaft may be necessary to have enough plunge to not bottom out.
