Yeah, I didn’t mean to imply that it can’t be done at all. I personally just don’t care for swingouts.

Ive never driven more than about 12ish hours and that was to upstate NY to look at an 80 series. 6 there and 6 back. I wouldn't WANT to do it in 2 days but realistically it seems like the most efficient way to do it.. How often were you guys stopping and for how long?

Nope. Sold it. The tailgate swingout was higher and closer to the truck though. Less of a problem.

Even with the aux tank, we were stopping every 200-250 miles. The trailer killed it. Well, the boost required to maintain 75 MPH while towing the trailer killed it anyway.

After driving slightly uphill for what seemed like the entire state of Iowa, I figured out my mileage. 6.88 MPG...

It won’t. It’s tight sitting on the bed floor. Thinking about a pair of HD KB VooDoo Bars.

depends on how quickly I get the truck built enough, but maybe in a couple years.

I thought you were in the Westbound and down thread for 2019. I want to do like I did in New England, but less campsites that I have to pay. I think Colorado has more land for it. I know its not exciting, but Walmart you can camp in the lot overnight for free. I might do that the next time i go on a massive trip, if there isnt a nice campsite.

I might come up this summer. To Canada or Maine. Its better when there are other people. I went up last summer and was just by myself, so kinda boring. And me putting 1700 miles by myself, just driving around. I kinda regret it, but kinda not.
