    Thangs and stuff
I had a similar issue with them when i ordered pods and a harness from them. They send me 3 different ones. I was missing a harness and the fog plugs. It took about 3 weeks and multiple emails and dm's to get my product. I felt like they got their money and now they can take their time sending me the correct product. I do like their product however whoever answers their emails or complaints doesn't take customer service very seriously in my opinion.

 Just here for the drama, but I can see caliraised losing prospective customers over this debacle. Bad PR is merciless on the forums.

the stuff CaliRaised and a lot of other sellers are selling is mass produced in China and they buy it in bulk from Alibaba slap a caliraised sticker on it say they produce it, jack the price up 2X and make a handy profit doing it. its better just to buy directly from Alibaba if you can but they will only sell bulk 20 pieces or more at a time, this is where the middle men come in, they buy bulk and sell at 2x-3x their cost.

Well all, it's Saturday parts are supposed to be here today. We shall see if they do arrive, and if they communicate and if they actually ship me something. That's a lot of ifs and truly I expect disappointment but we shall see.

Someone has to take the risk, lay out the cash, organize the shipping once the bulk order arrives. These parts don't magically appear in the US.
You want to take about someone screwing you over, how about Toyota selling the grilles for $400 to $500. Probably made in the same place.

They arranged shipping sure but took no risk. WE took the risk because it was a preorder. They took orders and our money and when they had it all, then ordered the grilles. I don't see much risk there on their behalf at all.

true statement. only thing the way caliraised is handling some customer issues you might as well go to the source Alibaba directly and save yourself a few more dollars and get basically the same service than paying caliraised or other EBAY sellers for the priviledge of the same.

Hilarious that in the USA someone is getting a hard time cause they saw an opportunity and followed up on it.
No one else was organized to get an grille order going.
They should however give great customer service if there are any problems, that I totally agree with.

Chinese stealing our intellectual property, looks like Toyota corp has a copyright infringement case against those Chinese companys unless they are now using them to manufactor the grilles outside the USA to save on labor costs.

Toyota is using a lot of parts that are now being out sourced to other Asian countries that were once manufactured in Japan, perfect example is the OEM oil filters made in Thailand

Suing a Chinese company for copyright infringement is like chasing a ghost. They will close up and rename the company to Shenzhen "...." something else and do it all over again.

Whelp it's 6 pm on Saturday and I have received no info on whether replacement parts have arrived or not nor a resolution to the letter issue. Can't say I'm surprised.

So now it appears that they are just outright lying. They admitted in this thread that they were the same grills. Also they came with the wrong lettering and are stringing their customers along.

I ordered mine from eBay and it was perfect. Seller always responded promptly albeit with slightly broken English and I didn’t have to wait a crazy length of time especially considering the distance it traveled and the time of year.

At one time I was considering buying some lights from this company, but now there is ZERO chance of that happening. I’ll pony up the extra dough and buy from a real company.
