Trying to level out my 05 prerunner access cab 4 banger. im 3 inches higher in the back. First Idea was 17 TRD OR struts with 2 inch spacer. It works but coils way to stiff, I think because coils were designed for 6 cyl. Round 2 Bought 5100s and instead using the 2.5 inch setting with stock coils (to stiff) thought I would use a 2 inch spacer lift and leave shock at 0 to 1 inch. Not sure if the geometry would be the same.so I would get the same stiff ride. Any one try this

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
Don't use a spacer with 5100's, you'll defeat the purpose of them. They are designed to pre load the factory springs, or use eibach, OME, or ToyTec springs with the 5100's. If you're going to use a spacer, just keep your factory shocks.

So should I buy new factory shocks or maybe use the 4600s I thought i would use the 5100s and leave them at or close to the original setting or maybe 1 notch up. for the price I figure they would be a better choice than stock

5100's only advantage over the 4600 Bilstein shocks is their adjustability and ability to handle the heavier spring load. You can find lightly used 4600 shocks for super cheap.
