cool. Thinking of getting some Bud builts in aluminum for my double cab as it isn't the hard core wheeling truck. And they are only 60lbs total. Only be a net gain of around 44lbs or so.

Just not sure i can swallow the price

good piece of mind to have down there at a minimal weight gain. just make sure the construction is stout and they'll hold up fine for what you need them for

Yeah not the best design IMO. Bud builts are know to bend, especially the belly pan. But, again. Mostly do light wheeling with this truck anyways.

    Awesome build!

I think you are the only person on TW running the interco trxus. If you don’t mind, I’d be curious to hear your thoughts after spending some time with them.

We’re you able to get them balanced?

I’m glad @NYCO went with the TrXus because they were my #1 on my list for next tires...but it was going to be a risk since nobody really ran them here. Thanks amigo!

Bob, do you have any advice or any words regarding the EBC Stage 4 kit? Looks like a solid option and a slight upgrade...

i've since moved to the yellowstuff pads but still have the slotted rotors...

the sport rotors are dimpled and slotted vs the stage 4 slotted only

the black will wear off and end up looking shiny like the stage 3 and 5....

i doubt you'd really notice that much of a difference between stage 3-5.

so i'd do a little research to see if you think the slotted varies in performance to the slotted/dimpled.

if you tow a lot, maybe think a bit more about the pads...but you'll see improvements with either of those kits over OEM.

you probably already have done it, but if not, get some upgrades to your brake lines to get the most of your braking system

    Did a thing today

    LRM_EXPORT_20171217_174953.jpg

BAMF hangers and Deaver u402 stage II

Will be swapping to BAMF shackles when available and have a new set of shocks conning soon too...

Happy with the stance... didn't gain much height and the ride was much better.

    Nice!

What did you have before? Is there a geometrical advantage to the BAMF hangers?

Had the ATO flip and Toytec leafs.

The new hangers bring the shackles back to the OEM style with much needed strengthening

Some sweetness right there. OE configuration. Much less of an opportunity for the perches to splay open. Nice. :)

Looking forward to having mine on, but not looking forward to the rivet removal process.

yup, not a fun process... luckily i already had that done so my headaches were limited to stubborn bolts and a defined shackle that is too small to fit on the leaf spring...

having access to an air hammer will help the process when removing those rivets

Plasma cutter helps too. I haven't done the hangers yet, but when I did the rear cross member and the stock bump stock mounts I just burned the rivets out with a torch and pounded the part off.
