    Been here just over 2 years. Moved out here for the weather... Lack of humidity (lung issues) from VA, via Buffalo (18 months), so I hear ya. Long story short, my wife died 15 months after moving, and I am not only still here, but just bought a new home, future home of the moddiest mod days! I love the weather (even the too hot is a short season and bearable), the freedom (2nd amendment), the views, wheeling... And the biggest, best, most active TW family in the country!

    I was putting on over 27k/year for the first 9 years. Last 2, I've averaged about 5k per year, so I'm sitting at 260k now. Still the daily driver, but the commute shortened to nothing.
