Does Tundra use the same cam bolts? I have one stuck and was going to replace all of them at once (plus Driving Knuckles/ Spindles, CV's, etc)

Yota Jim sells complete Cam bolt sets for 1st gens for $10 a pop. He had a whole shed full of them last time I was there.

I'd go with that plus Whitelines over replacing the whole LCA.

Yeah removed those parts for the new bumper and filled the cavity with it. When it dries I’ll cut it flush and paint

Say hello to rust, that is by far the worst thing you can do, spray foam inherently promotes moisture. Should have left it open and let it breath

That’s what I get for believing the interwebs :tinfoilhat: saw the tacomaholic video and it made sense but didn’t think about moisture

A small handful of select mods.
These bolts are pressed in. Good luck attempting to remove them. No body does that I have seen and I have never seen an issue where they are the weak point. You are more likely to bend or tear those frame horns before those bolts break.

And sorry but x2 on the sprayfoam as Marty has stated.

Well thanks for the info, was going to plate that section in 1/4” and figured the bolts would be a good idea. Saves 26.00 in hardware.
