No one has mentioned this that is a vehicle that has been driven around 5k a year more than likely short trips not long enough to warm the engine up and burn the moisture out of it or the exhaust. As a mechanic I don't like low mileage short trip vehicles they usually will end up having more issues. Yes I have experience buying/getting low mileage vehicles and always have had to do a lot of little/moderate repairs because things tend to "rot" when just sitting. City short trip driving is a lot harder on a vehicle than highway. I would much rather find a truck with higher mileage in better condition where the majority of the mileage is highway or constant speed driving. Just my $.02

That's a great point. Plus those mods deter from it's value imo. I'd run away and find a much nicer truck look here in our want ads. We love our trucks.

For an example my truck had 155k on it when I bought it in Jan. It was mostly highway driven it's an 05. I have since put over 30k on it. Changing the oil every 3k and all other fluids serviced since I bought it the transmission twice and now I am about to service all the fluids again. My truck doesn't seem to have near the issues I read others are having. The previous owner serviced the heck out of the truck and as soon as something was worn replaced it. Those are the types of vehicles you need to try and find.

Finally able to check out the pics, looks like 4wd with the cross member in. You have to remove that cross member from the lift and then fab up a new one.

    Pass.

Just like a boat that’s rarely used vs. one that’s ran regularly. I learned this one the hard way.

The crossmember has to be cut for 4wd

So there is no cross member unless there’s no front drive shaft or diff

Not possible to have 4wd with the crossmember in

We are saying the same thing, the stock cross member from the frame has been cut and removed in order for the lift crossmember to be bolted on. Because of this, he would have to remove the lift cross member and then fab it up in order to go back to stock.
