I like the 3rd gen blue a lot more than the speedway or dark blue of 2nd gen.

I ground the front and back and then punched them out and replaced with 1/2" grade 8. Plate the horns in 1/4" while you're in there

Anyone have infrared radiant heaters? We have them in the garage and they have been on full blast since the little but of snow we got last week on Thursday. I'm beginning to think the thermostat is dead but I can't figure out how to get them off for the time being. I've never had them before though so I'm not sure if this is just the way they are

Apparently Its a requirement for all female bartenders to wear black yoga pants.
    Just an observation.

Yoga pants should only go to certain sizes. Just an observation.

A small handful of select mods.
So it begs the question... why reinforce this mount? The moment you put the aftermarket bumper on and tighten the bolts you have added rigidity and strength to this point from where the bumper meets the mount. Another 1/4" of plate on the ends does nothing to add overall strength. You would need to redo the horns completely and add a cross member at this point to add strength. Even then all you have done is move the weak point back to the frame itself and run the risk of ripping it. So next up you need to plate the Frame back to the cab. And so on and so on. At the end of the day unless you are planning on putting an SAS up front save your time and money for something else.

Note Sub-zero my comment ties back to the OP. I know you are working on an SAS as we speak. :D
