I went back country skiing this morning and gym the afternoon. I deserve the calories ha

 

I told you. I’ve also used Chips a hoy when I have those laying around instead of the pop tart. I think 3 cookies = 1 pop tart. This is the only math they should teach in school

Ah yeah when I first start working on a new bulking diet, that is always the number one issue for me.

That's how my mom is, I tell her the same shit you aren't gonna magically look like a dude, you need to lift weights. It takes years and years OF ABUSE OF STEROIDS to look like a man if you are a woman.

Similar with my mom. She's walked 2-3 miles every day for years with no real results. I finally got her into the gym and now she's seeing the results she's been after. Had to have the same intervention with my wife. Cardio is for losers.

 

The issue for most women too, even if they want to gain mass they need to eat. You tell women this and they look at you like you are batshit crazy.

If you want muscle honey, gotta eat. You won’t get fat if you do it right.

You would think if you told a woman she could esentially eat a ton of food and still look great they’d be all over that.

I wish people were just able to give things an honest try. A serious 60 days of being consistent. Then they would realize we are gods of truth.

yup. the worst part is if i try and show her something. like on squats getting to proper depth. she just thinks i'm picking on her and then complains. if anyone else told her it would be fine but since its from me i don't understand and its different for women and blah blah blah

 

That’s what my ex used to do. Jen listens and hits depth everytime and has a fat booty

I've always had a hard time putting on weight and keeping it on. Even now I'm 39 and still have a really high metabolism. Not complaining though

I'm 6ft and currently about 175lbs lean, my goal weight is 190lbs. I've decided that I'm going to stop wasting time and do it right. It's my diet that has been limiting me, I just don't eat enough and get enough protein. My wife is vegetarian which doesn't help.

Now I've been buying my own meats, taking protein shakes daily and hitting the gym harder than ever. This thread has also been helpful.
