    Ya I'm from WV joined the army after high school. I moved around a lot Missouri, upstate NY, overseas for a few years, Louisiana, and now PA. I don't think I really developed an accent. If I go back to WV and talk to old friends from school they have accents now.

    I do, but from my understanding we have to use our Pto down to 40 hours before it will even kick in.

    We have to use up 100% of ours before it kicks in.
    I missed open enrollment in Nov for long term. Need to be sure and get that taken care of next year.

    When I was out they used ALL my PTO (140+hrs) and Sick time (100+hrs) before the short term kicked in. They even burned the time I earned while I was out! Didn't find out until I checked my time late in Nov. I was wondering why they were being so cooperative:rolleyes:
    My short term is 50% of my 40 hr check but it is tax free. And all my insurance payments were covered:thumbsup:

    Yea, that sucks. I think alot of companies do that.
    My short term is 75% and they halt all loans we have thru the credit union till you get back.

    I had to come back 2 months early when I had my FHR done. (2nd surgery) because my short term ran out. I was totally not ready to come back. I litterally had to beg my doctor to release me or else I would have burned up 8 weeks of savings to stay out.
