    Yeah but my piece of crap doesn't have DRL,never did.

    I'll look at the schematics when o can see big screen, my phone is too scratched up to see any detail

    I took a look at the non DRL diagram and have no idea why the indicator isn't lighting up. By the diagram it should light up regardless. It looks as thought the switch controls the grnd side and resistance from the headlights should play no part in it not lighting up. The thread you posted earlier reading it most of those guys had DRL which has that control relay which may of been the reason for low resistance causing the issue.
