Question for the tire guy... NOEL!! Calling NOEL!!! I was mistaken about my tires, they are the Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude HT's. They seem to work well in the snow but are they appropriate for towing my big trailer? It's about 4500lbs loaded. Someone asked me yesterday if I changed my stock tires because they are usually not rated for towing heavy at all. I never thought about it, I don't know any of this stuff. If I need to change my tires I want to do it now, before the season starts.

Morning all. We're now under a week away from Christmas. I have a good amount of my list crossed off, should be done in the next few days. But where the hell did December go?

They have a good warranty don't they? So just do it. The interior is much nicer and the soft top is way easier if you use it. Windshield also folds down really easy and looks good too.

 

Ended up selling/buying my F150 through my company as a vehicle for my employee. In turn decided to give the Ram 1500 a go...hopefully I don't regret this down the line. I can get more creature comforts for a lot less money than I could with a new Ford, and the incentives on a 2017 Ram are too good to pass up.

At least I get to upgrade to a big-boy engine.

 

What is the tow rating on those? I am pretty sure they are lower than all the other full size? To the point of not being much more than the Taco.
