    Neat!
My Toyota was willing to fix it.
My issue came with the fact that I have SUA, new shock tabs, bump stop plates
So if they replace my rear end they wouldn't be able to mount it back up

Yeah because currie can fab all that before they send it to me.

The price was 4900$ without a 3rd member
Camburg full floater was 5100$ without 3rd member
And I'm pricing out the rough stuff one now (they have a tundra 10" option)

I've been having this issue for about 8 months and have been dealing with it with toyotas help the whole time (mostly just them draining and refilling it every time I come in )

So I've been saving money to replace it for when it finally frags or hopefully get it swapped out before

Can’t really go wrong with any of those options. I have the ruffstuff one... I like it because, the rotors , hubs wheel bearings u can get at any auto parts store pretty much... requires some fabrication to finish it tho like brake caliper mounts

Any idea what is causing the rear to itself from a component perspective? I assume it is likely some defect in the axle housing...but could gears just be warped?

I have been told that it's an issue created by the constant gear hunting in the trans.
Now with that being said I don't quite understand how that works so I'll avoid speculating

Yes those springs are way too soft to be on a Tacoma. You will literally be riding on the bumps ! Many of us have ran f67 and I’m pretty sure every one has hated them due to that.

Yeah replacing the gears probably helped a lot :)
But your truck is bomb proof on the drivetrain it seems

If you are going with 12" shackles above the frame, then yes you appear to have placed a piece of rectangle right in the way of where they will swing. Really shouldn't make permanent things like that till you have all the parts for the project to save yourself some headache.. Everyone says F55's suck too, they worked great on my truck, you just need the right springs for your weight.

I didn’t have any weight besides one spare and neither did my buddy....both flat. They “work” though. I believe @jberry813 ran them too

And yes that rectangle piece is in the way for sure
