It's so intermittent. Typically it turns itself off in a week, and the moment I take it off road for a bit it comes back.

Are you going to relocate the shocks? You probably should since you literally have done everything out of the way to accomplish it

I would assume he would have to since to box the frame on the drivers side you gotta cut that mount out IIRC.

Just finished with a oil change, going to try royal purple hmx. Replaced my 12" kicker comp with a new pioneer 12" sub as well as a smaller box.

Noticed that the engine is greasy at the bottom half. If I had the money and time I'd love to do a gasket replace. Maybe I'll wash the engine bay in the spring and see if it's just from my diff boot falling off awhile ago.

Tell the wifey to put this https://www.urdusa.com/urd-rear-o2-simulator-5vz-fe-3-4l-v6/ in your stocking and hollow out those two pia pieces.
6yrs and 3 emissions test later, still doing good:spy:

I let Toyota replace the 1st set under warranty $2k, next time I took care of this issue for good.

Are you sure the greasy engine isn't from
Oil changes . Both 4 and 6cylinder engines leak used oil down the side of the block when you remove the filters.

Greg so you plug the plugs going to the sensors to that and what, just leave the other sensors still in the exhaust not plugged into anything?

If your getting the CEL code for the front cat (upstream) then you'll need to replace that sensor, that o2 sensor monitors fuel/trim A/F. That will always be needed and in good shape.
However the second (downstream) is just there to monitor efficency. As long as that second sensor isnt bad then it goes:
    *--------rear 02 sensor------**-----URD SIM----**---OEM harness-----*.

Nice enough all these connections & Simulator body are stored underneath the carpet of passenger seat = No corrosion or wires to rip while wheeling.

It's on both sides I understand the oil filter does do that (would like to do a remote oil filter job just to fix that issue) but on the passenger side on the 3.4L should be that way. But I know she doesn't leak I keep a close eye on it for that knowing engines are like after 100k.
