I was about to go under the shark fin. Design a 1/2" spacer that sandwiches between the roof and the antenna. With a nice hole in the side for wire entry. But I have too many wires, so I am drilling a hole in the roof. Eeeeeek no tuning back.

@JerryTaco ya I have seen their milspec connectors.. Really slick.
I am however going this route, with a waterproof pass through cable gland made by bluesea.
It will be right behind the front wind screen so plenty hidden. the cable exiting the roof will have all Baja connectors soldered on the ends so it will plug into each light accordingly.

Here’s a couple I have on my phone at the moment. 5F31398E-91E0-4F15-81F5-AA114E61BC57.jpg

They can be. Not that hard to fix, just takes a little bit of cash and about an hour. Just don’t get cheap lights.

CA has cops? How 1980s...here in Mass we get pulled over for too much *dirt* on the plate! (But then they let me go because they like my TACO)

Installed the DDM Tuning Canbus Plus HID's. Went with the 35W setup, and 5500k color temp. which matches the LED DRL's almost exactly. Very happy - no bouncing, no flickering, no radio static, etc... I still haven't tied down the ballast boxes but will get to that at some point.

There's a bit of glare/spill above the cut-off but it's pretty minimal, and nobody has flashed me yet. Very happy!

Didn't do much with my Taco today......had a little free time this afternoon.

It was due for wash.....figured I clean off some of the grills, too, since they are stored in the garage right next to the other gear I was using.

Looks like Chemical Guys V07 soap works great on dirty cooking grills as well as road-dusted Taco grills.

Does the voltmeter turn on only if the red power switch is activated? Or is the voltmeter on as long as there's power running to the entire unit? Looks good!

Nice looking truck! Good job on the build! Were the Baja Design Squadron Sports plug and play or did you need to make some modifications?

Mainly all stock. Blackened lettering. Slowly will add things with help from this forum
All I did so far was blacken the badges and the front emblem. Washed it too :)
