    Ordered the truck from the factory and added "predator bars" to the order but dealer could have pulled something. Not sure.

    Never got the grille(obviously) or the LEDs. Made a refund on EBAY and got my money back in 30mins. Not bad!

    well yeah, I mean look at the pic. that's not what OEM bars look like. he could have bought it second hand and been misinformed.

    I think they did. look at the steps, I bet they say n-fab. in which case you paid for aluminum and got carbon steel. unless Toyota copied the n-fab design for the 2018s.

    Call ebay or paypal if you ordered from the Malaysian. Also, you can click on the resolution button and follow instructions on ebay history. You dont have to wait for the Christmas leds to come to get a refund issued seller is no longer a registered user. Easy so don't worry about it.

    My truck is a 2016 - the may have put the 2015 predator bars on it because I ordered the '16 from the factory as soon as it was available and they may have not had the newer predator bars available yet. Looks like Predator changed the design later for the 2016-2018 models.
    They're advertised as Predator Step Bars for Tacoma either way; can we get back on topic now?

    right it doesn't matter, the ones you have look way better than the new OEM ones anyway. and you're in GA so even if they are steel, you don't have to worry about them rusting out like mine did :( i've been staring at running boards a lot lately for that reason, that's why i jumped on it. sorry for derailing, your grille looks awesome and i can't wait for mine to get here!

    I saw a TRD Pro in person for the first time today. I snapped a photo of the OEM TRD Pro grille to compare it to the grille I purchased from MotorFansClub. Maybe it’s the difference in background and sunlight, but the “TOYOTA” letters appear a bit lighter in color on the OEM grille. Otherwise, I didn’t notice any differences.

    Yeah I talked to eBay last night and said that they will refund me... that it would take 24-48 hours for it to show in my account. But it appears lots of people are getting refunded immediately. I mean as long as I get refunded... I would just like to not have to worry about it anymore
