Ya I was running hard all day long, left the office first thing this morning and then snuck in to grab my lunch at 2pm then raced to the next meeting. Came back to the office to about 40 emails and had to do updates, finished it all by 1630....

Typically this doesn’t bother me, every once in a while I will get a couple of sneezes but that’s it.

True and when I have to move to a different location I can rent it out at a good price that will cover the mortgage and then some. Eventually I think I will sell to purchase a big ass plot of land outside of SA

 

Land prices keep going up around the area, it getting harder to make those purchases.

 

True, maybe southside outside 1604?

 

Well I live out that way and prices for land it 4-8k per acre.

 

Smaller plots can go for more.

 

Damn, I guess its back to North Texas for me when I finally decide to get out. Land out in Corsicana is pretty cheap

 

I will always hate that town for being a speed trap.

 

Can’t say I have ever driven through it.

 

I once got a warning for regiatration sticker and next time got ticketed for being 8 over.

 

Haha yeah it is, we would go there often when I was growing up as my cousins lived there. My dad would always have to slow down and be pissed about it
