Am looking for a direct bolt on grill for my 2012, no cutting no BS just remove the old grill, bolt on the new one...most grills I see for tacoma require cutting..i want my origional grill in tact

I think this might be one of your only options unless you want to pay like $500 to have a bolt on grill made for you where they cut out the middle and bolt it in themselves. I just cut mine out and screwed in my insert. Took about an hour total between the dremel work and the fitment.

Got this grill online, bolted right on, just took the old one off and popped this one on, same hardware.

    And mine was only $100

Meh, if you like it...who cares!
I personally think the OEM insert looks good with modified emblem.

Just remember that you are a 2012 so his 2005-2011 grill style won’t fit on yours. That said they got similar ones like that you just have to use a dremel and cut out the inner area.

Well I want a clean job, a 2011 would require some cutting that would have to be perfect, if it's not it looks ridiculous.

It's not a direct bolt up but you still use your OEM grill and cut out the middle and put there insert in. It's at customcargrills.com I used automotive goop and it was really an easy mod. I have about 1 hour in the whole project with tapping and cutting it out. The glue needs about 24 hours to set up but after that its good. Here is a shot of before and after. Rick

You can have the letters painted any color you choose and they have a few options on the style of mesh and the emblems. I went with a gloss black mesh and flat black letters.
