I watch Facebook Market place, CL and eBay for anything I think I can make a good profit on. Some stuff I have shipped to me and others I meet when I can. Depending on what my profit target is on a specific item is I might offer free shipping or charge a fee. The key is watching what other items are going for. I usually post for a set price. I don’t like the bid. I’ve actually made money for charging for shipping cause I send it cheaper than I charged. I find optics that’s been sprayed FDE and clean them up back to original and re-list, items with out mounts and pair mounts up or just flat out good deals. Two of my best was a Aimpoint magnifier that was FDE for $200 cleaned up and sold for $400 and got a eotech that had been recalled for $200 and sent you eotech for a $450 Check. Hell I had a Comp M4, 3 Aimpoint magnifiers, a T-1 and a couple lose Larue mounts all at one time. LOL!

I knew you were talking about others. I think there were like 2 dudes that none of us ever hear from anymore. The literally disappeared when they found a lady. The core group of us never disbanded though.

I've got a few male friends that I see every now and then, but the lady is always along too. This coworker I'm bringing to lunch is about the only guy I hang out with without his lady on a regular basis. He's my biking partner lol.

We do a thing we call "Mancation" every year up at the lake. Keg, Crawfish, Beer, Fire. No wives allowed. It's a good time just to relax and bullshit. We all live in different parts of the country but we find time to make it there. One buddy is an actor and is always on the move but he manages to make it to that one weekend. I guess my point is you gotta work at brolationships just like femalelationships

 

that sounds awesome man, would be cool to have something like that. what we do with mod days and rides and such, and then biking with my coworker is about the only bro days I have. I mean, everyday is a solo bro day lol.

why is that hard to understand?

I work in a male dominated profession and see the same 6-10 people daily there, nobody new. My free time includes truck stuff (we are male dominated), mountain biking (typically a solo or partner type hobby and mostly male dominated), video games, house remodeling, playing with my dogs, and recently started going regularly to church again and participating in events (this is the only avenue I meet new people at this point).

I don't party, I don't really go out unless bros want to (but see above convo with Mike bros ditch when they have women). My closest friends I hang out with are already married and settled, claim to have no extra female friends, so that doesn't benefit me.

Also, as posted on the forums, my luck whenever I've had a date/potential date/etc doesn't go well. Only had about 3 dates in the last few years though.

So I'm not sure I understand why it's hard to understand why I'm single.
