The afternoon drive is killing me!!!! @Misplaced Nebraskan is having a great time with that drive too :p Tuesday it took me 1.25 hours to get home...taking the toll road. Getting south of Ben White after 4:30pm each day is dreadful to say the least. Brodie and Mopac are totally effed until after the holidays.

Yeah, I hear it from the wife all the time. To which I respond, "I can work anywhere, lemme know when you want to move to Colorado and we're GONE!".

    That shuts her up.

    Well, about that, anyway.

And you're at Samsung? Coming South on 35 from G-Town kinda sucks sometimes, You stay within striking distance of Parmer or 45 toll, traffic isn't as shitty. Cedar Park, Leander, far west Georgetown, then NW Austin are prob your best bet. Further North you go, the more affordable it will be.

Yeah I'm at Samsung off Parmer now. I'm tempted to move east also but the gf doesn't like the idea because it would screw her drive so we have decided to try and find something northwest but not too far north. G-town is a no go...same goes for Leander, they just seem to be too far and it would take me the same amount of time as it does now.

Check out the Texas Tacoma Stalkers thread. I think your FJ got "spotted." If it ain't yours, someone has that exact paint color.

Plenty of Pew up north. Eagle Peak, Best of the West, then super secret location as well.

If you don't mind tolls, getting around the NW, to/from Samsung isn't too bad, actually. 130 isn't too far east of your work, and that can run you straight up north to east of G'town, or to 45, which can run you both ways from 183A, to Cedar Park/Leander.

We moved 8 miles further north in 2016, and the wifie actually gets to work faster when she works downtown, as she doesn't have to deal with the nonsense traffic lights in Avery Ranch.
