The easiest hose to access is the vacuum hose going to the brake booster.

Seafoam is a gimmick. I have had numerous vehicles (Toyotas and BMWs) and with regular care they ran as strong as the day I got them. Sold my '99 M3 with 170k miles nearly and it ran perfect. May I ask what you guys think this stuff is really doing for your cars/trucks engine?

sea foam helped my trucks performance, i put it through a vacuum plug on my intake manifold. i got a question about this also, is it required or recommended that you change your oil and spark plugs after you seafoam because the gunk gets in those components?

have you used it before? If not, how can you say its a gimmick?

I have used it. as it states on the bottle, it doesnt add performance. It simply burns off deposits created from normal daily use over some thousands of miles. So unless you have opened up your motor to see for yourself that it DOESNT in fact do so, you have no grounds to call it a gimmick.

On the flip side, I have not opened up my motor either, so i cannot say that it DOES work for a fact. The only basis i have for saying that it does what it does, is other boards and numerous peoples comments on the product.

Had a neighbor come out of their house to see if my truck was on fire when I did it. I have done it numerous times on number of different vehicles and everyone seems to notice a difference.

I use "Snake Oil", personally, it works great...at least it makes me fell that way. No harm in that. Well, except for the price of the Snake Oil. Jumbo size, of course.

Bomber, you saying no need to change plugs? I got 87k on the plugs on my '06.

On another note, this Vacuum line, is that for getting it into the Oil?
