    Agree as well.
Especially synthetic lines and shackles: UV exposure and abrasive grit wreak havoc on synthetics.

You must be trying to save 1000 year old giant redwoods. Usually treesavers are ~8' give or take.

OK. That sounds reasonable. I thought you were talking about the purpose built shackle mounting points on an aftermarket bumper.

Naw this is a full size antenna for a residential roof. Would look horrible on my truck roof.

Has anybody on here though about getting their truck sponsored by a vendor?

Hey yall.. check out Southeast Overland for your synthetic shackles. They're local to me, tie and splice everything in shop, and they make quality stuff. I'm wanting a synthetic snatch strap and some soft shackles soon.

That's what I figured, mainly just to test out new products and such.

I think if your rig looks like jberry’s or something along those lines and you’ve got some serious knowledge on Tacoma’s it would be easier to pursue a vendor sponsorship also just my .02

most "sponsored" rigs are really only getting parts at cost or at a steep discount from the vendor/manufacturer
And this is taking into account many times that you will cover the expenses of getting your car to and from car shows...
vehicles can be financed easy enough in this country for vendors to slap part on their own rides

they want your money more than your "rolling advertisement"

you could also reach out to vendors on IG. My friend has done that, in exchange for a review. And you can keep the stuff after.

I would like to help smaller vendors just getting started get their name out there, even if I only get a tiny discount if I can get their name out there to people it's helping them and me, I'm getting a part for less and doing things I did already, I've wanted to get my truck into shows/meet ups it's just not complete in my eyes.
