I hope someone can help but I have the stock single player and when I put the disc in which went in pretty hard and now it wont play or eject. I havn't used it in quite some time and I wanted to play some Christmas music. The dealer is not an option so is there any way tyo manually eject or figure out what is wrong? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Is it cold where you live? Heat the cab up very well so the dash [use dash vent setting] and radio/CD player gets toasty. Then play a bit with play and eject, have had to do that a couple times with older car CD players.

It likely didn't go in all the way, can you at least see any portion of the CD itself? Sometimes you can remove a battery cable, reinstall it, and reset the player to either spit the CD out or draw it in all the way.

It may sound stupid but try pressing and holding the eject button for several seconds and or power on the head and the eject button at the same time off/on. Some CDs have a very tiny hole near where you insert them you can push a paper clip in to manually eject. Or pull the head, take off the cover, remove the CD (and the dirt/label/food or kids fingers stuck in side) and put it all back together...Finally, you could just sing Jingle Bells or Rudolph or go to the Mall and get inundated with X-mass music ;-)

I Got one out of our Sequoia by placing a long strip of doubled over painters tape on the bottom of another cd. Then, holding the taped CD, insert it and try to get tape to stick to the CD in the player and pull it out

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I ended up playing with the buttons with both the car running and with just the key on and some how it ended up playing. Not really sure what made it work but it is good. Thanks
