Haha. I did the same thing but put a nice little gash in my forehead. What a goob I am. Broke the pin on the hatch. My wife said drill it out and put a small piece of wire through it. Glued/expoxy the wire and so far it works. Not as clean as yours though. Nice job.

Changed my oil, rotated the tires, and lubed the driveshaft. I also did what I like to call the seat spacer mod. I don’t think I’ve seen this done to tacomas but i did it to my 4Runner I used to have as well. I don’t find the seats in any Toyota 120 platform comfortable no matter how soft they are. After about 2 hours of driving my butt gets really numb and sore. With this mod it lifts the front of the seat so more of my weight is distributed to my thighs and not just my butt. I just place 3 washers in between the seat bolt and the floor. This tilts the seat back ever so slightly to make it much more comfortable. Also I don’t think this impacts the safety of the seats at all because there is still plenty of thread left for the bolt, and I have personally “safety tested” it when a retard totaled my 4Runner in a head on collision. The seat was perfectly fine. 08B3B86E-1DFA-4DE8-A1FA-B5863EBD20CA.jpg

The seat covers look really nice. How is the quality and fit? I’ve been looking at those on Auto Anything.

Well the Taco has gone through a few minor modifications sense I had a deer leap into the drivers side back on November 10th. New rear quarter panel, dents fixed in the rear door topper paint fixed. When it was in the shop had the tailgate, passengers side door and hood all repainted and debadged. Just to get rid of rust, rock chips and scratches from the previous owner. Then yesterday I had a set of wildpeaks in 265x75r16 put on.
