    I disabled ALL data on it when I was getting billed for a la carte 3mb or so a month at like $1 a mb when i NEVER used data...I fought the charge and explicitly stated I wanted data turned off...Next month ANOTHER data charge...I give them the WTF call and they apologize and say it "takes a while for the data block to take effect..." and I stated "right, but if I wasn't paying my bill I bet it would be turned off today"...

    Anywho, after that they finally stopped the phantom data bills. I can only guess how many millions of dollars a year were generated from these uncontested phantom data charges...

    OMG, I had that exact phone too. Friggin' HATED Nextel, my boss would bleep me randomly and start saying stuff like "I like to suck little boys nipples!" I'd be in a checkout line or something and people would either laugh or give me really nasty looks.
