So are you like a brother from a different mother or something?!

    best damn cream soda.jpg

Actually I prefer Not Your Father's Vanilla Cream Ale but it is hard to find, it isn't as sweet. But any port in a storm. It does work :D Hard to go wrong with Cream Soda....

My sons are 27 and 30 I have tried like hell to make them see the light. On the other hand once I started dating after the Ex left 8 years ago I have converted every woman I have dated to a meat eater. Even one that was supposed to be a Vegan. She told me that she had eaten more bacon once she met me over 4 months than she had in her whole life. And was in love with it. Mission accomplished. She also said there is nothing sexier than a man washing dishes after cooking for her. Complicated creatures that they are.

    Hmmm... :D

Nice! :fistbump: Saw it and had to try it. Had some root beer varient a ways back and figured I'd try it. It's the aftertaste on it that gets to me. If you chug it though only one moment of aftertaste I guess

20 lbs!?!?!?! WOW. That's a big ass prime rib.

Either you're going to be eating well for a long time or a lot of people are going to be eating well one time.

    Good luck with the cook!

All going towards prime rib or any getting cut in to steaks?

    That's one sexy fridge pic.

Well the Pitfaced rub was a complete success! Even the 4-year-old asked for seconds, and she usually only eats enough of her supper for us to say she’s allowed to have dessert. She even loved it when her mother described the meat as a ‘Peppa Pig Puzzle.’

We’ve only ever had pulled pork with SPOG so this was a big change for us. Two things are certainly in our future: Ribs and a reup!

Hell yes! Awesome to hear! The juice in that dish says it all. That and it's always good to get the seal of approval from the little one. I have a 4 year old daughter, too, so I know the feeling :D.

    Glad you enjoyed it.

Two will be steaks and one cut into a couple roasts. Gonna age the two for steaks further. Got some ageing bags in the mail now.

Sad to report, but my girlfriend doesn't like prime rib. She will eat it, but it's not her favorite. She likes ribeye steaks that are about 1/2" thick, I say the thicker the better.

Did not want to post a pic of the Brisket itself since it did not turn out that great but here is a pic the sandwich I threw together. It was a little on the dry side I guess from all the fat I trimmed off and just a small smoke ring. It did not meet my expectations on a good brisket but I will still eat all of it lol. The Spicy Meat Massage gave it some good flavor.

I don’t think it was dry from trimming the fat cap. My first and only dry brisket was undercooked. What temp did you pull it at?
