Thanks. Are you talking about the main leads to the Bussman? I just figured I'd give it plenty of cable and not have to worry about it. Most of the draw wasn't installed prior to the fuse panel. The smaller circuits were all done for me by @Sandman614 when I bought the box from him, I just terminated them all with plugs.

The individual busbars can handle 80amps and I've upscale the individual circuits to what I was comfortable with based on an ampacity chart from the Coast Guard with 10% non-crtitical and 3% critical voltage drops.

Retrofit headlight build...step one, polish the lenses on the spare lights I picked up. I didn't think to take a before picture but they looked like they had been wiped down with a Scotchbrite pad.

Mothers NuLens kit. Didn't need to use the abrasives, got this good with just the polish and the foam ball on the drill. I decided I'm going to keep these for the retrofits and cover them with Lamin-X before reinstalling them.

And the driver's side, still no before pictures as I'd already done the bulk of the work on both a few days ago, but the finished product looks so much better. I've decided I'm going to make these into the retrofits and ordered some Lamin-X film to cover them with once I'm done. That should help hide the few imperfections that are left.

Things move slow around here. Half the time I do something to the truck I don't even think to take pictures of it.

Well, true to form, I managed to botch the primer. Needs some fixing before the color can go on. I thought I was being so careful too. :goingcrazy: I managed to put it on a little too heavy in a few spots and got a bunch of tiny little bubbles and some uneven coverage.
