any rubbing? I have a similar set up and have been contemplating 295's. What are your wheel specs? I have 5100 fronts with 886 coils and 5160's and AAL on rear also Ive done a cab mount chop. The reason I'm note sure is because I haven't replaced my uca's yet and not sure if I add them how much closer the tires will come to fender or cab mount

@Minimedic any pics straight forward that show how far the tires still out past fenders would be appreciated.

My wheels are 17x8.5 0 offset. There’s a a little bit of rubbing but only in reverse turning to left and with compression but that’ll go away once I flatten the pinch weld. I would think that you’d definitely need to swap UCAs to correct caster. Which it’ll help bring wheel forward I believe.

Thanks man. That’s the plan. Thinking of getting a set of BAMF sliders @ 10 degrees. So hopefully they can be improvised step also.

I currently have 17x9 -12.. but will be mounting tires on a set of 17x9.5 -18 wheels. as far as caster goes the only way to push tire forward is if you use light racing uca because you can max camber and caster positive using lower control arm cam bolts then correct your high camber by adjusting the ball joint on light racing arms.. all other aftermarket ucas pull the top of tire towards the rear to gain caster.. I test fit a 295/70/17 on my -12 offset wheels and cleared without compression before cab mount chop but since my ucas that I will replace my stock ones with wont be light racing arms I'm not sure I guess Ill find out soon enough

I saw that thread as well. I’ve taken pictures of mine and looked at all angles and I don’t get results like yours above.

Sorry for the slow response guys, thank-you for the complements.
Yes, After the tires were put on, there was major rubbing both front and back.
I took my truck to a local truck shop, and got CMC done and they also cut some portions of
the inner fender well to avoid all the rubs, and gave back primed and painted black for $120, plates included.
I picked my ray's to be matte gray color because I wanted it to contrast against the MGM.
If I had chosen ray's in gun metal, then it would've been too much dark gray.
Those wheels sat in my garage for over a yr and a half, I only bought new tires after I wore the factory ones off.
The 285's are also wider, and w/o any spacers, all 4 tires stick out of the fenders about an inch and looks bad ass.
    Here's the difference b/w stock and 285's.

When I bought my truck I got all the stuff in the finance office. Car care package, tire and paint protection....

Do you get that stuff? If so, Toyota will have to fix it for free. I like the paint protection because if anything happens, swirls, chips, discolorment or anything is 100% warrantied.
