    Front Diff is locked up! Actuator and R&P gear are both fine. He pulled my front driveshaft so I could drive with no issues.

    Getting repaired next Friday. I'll spare everyone the cost for a new replacement. They are going to try and track down a refurbished one. I don't wheel hard enough to warrant the ARB.

    Any thoughts on what causes a front Diff to lock up like that?

    Another interesting thing. So I had both front & rear driveshafts replaced under TSB back in 2013 (at the dealership). He asked where I got the front shaft as it wasn't Toyota. He said it's a really good one. :notsure:

    I'm a little closer to the coast...in the 4-8" range...but who knows as they've been wrong pretty much every storm.
