No lug nuts. I used them on my new wheels. The center caps, not pictured, are included.

Wish you were closer!! 4 hours away is a little far to drive for some wheels. You don’t come over by WV at all do you? I’ve been looking for a set of these for my second gen winter wheels (stealth 6’s on it currently).
