I got mine from someone on CL for $80. But he bought it from like motorsportsfan on eBay or something like that.

Just finished installing a 2017 pro grille on my 2018 today with the tss.
Like others have said it works just fine, there is one screw, 2 special blind nuts, and a few zip ties to deal with. Super easy if you have a screwdriver and some clippers to cut zip ties. I've driven on hilly ice covered back roads, heavy traffic, and on the highway with the pre-collision turned on and also testing the adaptive cruise, works great (as far as I can tell) with no issues or warning lights. To be fair I installed the oem pro grille, so ymmv with these Chinese one's, but chances are good it will work fine. I did attach a small 2 x 3" piece of plexi with double sided tape to cover the open holes in front of the radar. Not sure if that's necessary or not, probably easier to clean that way. I've also confirmed the 2018 pro grilles are the same as the 2017 version, just the removable insert where the radar goes is a different part number that will be available in a month or two. You can order just that part and swap it out if you want the shiny box like on the cavalry pro's. So far it seems not necessary, if I have any issues with mine I'll report back.

 

I just ordered mine from eBay. $124.99 which is much nicer priced than Amazon.

Poor guy here: no one willing to give up for cheap their fairly new trd sport/off road grille??

 

Anyone having problems tracking their order from Areyourshop from eBay. I received a tracking number a couple of days ago and it doesn't work. I know some that have ordered a two piece grill from him relieved a one piece with a box of letters.

 

This what I just message them:

Did you ship this item? You provided a tracking number that doesn't seem to work. Also some people that have bought the Tacoma Pro grill from you have received a one piece grill with a box of letters. Please only send a two piece grill as shown in the listing or I will open a case with eBay explaining I did not receive the correct item.

 

My tracking number took a few days to show movement. How long ago did you order? If it’s only been a day or two than be patient. It’ll likely show movement eventually.
I too hope I get the two piece version but I guess time will tell. Your dealing with a vendor in China and it all seems to be luck of the draw. I’d be surprised if your message makes any difference on which version gets pulled off the shelf. Again, it’s China.
