I’m using this box, I did have to use two busbars. One for power and one for all grounds, then they go straight the chassis ground and battery power. It’s a tight fit with the lower cover on, and I had to drill holes for some wires to come out the bottom. Over I’m happy with it for what it costs. Also @paranoid56 made me a custom plate for it with a cutout to mount it where everyone’s mounting their bussman.

Is the whole thing only rated for 30 amps? That would work for some low draw led’s but not much else.

pretty sure this is not a common bus bar, rather individual connections. Each connection is rated upto 30A. Ensure that all the strands of wire make it into the terminal, yet are not stripped too long as to reveal bare wire.

This is more what you would be looking for as distribution. https://www.waytekwire.com/item/78260B/Blue-Sea-Systems-2722-DualBus-Plus-BusBar/

I can't seem to find a cooper bussmann that accepts bosche relays and regular size fuses. Any ideas where I might find one?

It’s usually best to use crimp connectors of some sort. Solder can break from vibrations. I used weatherpack connectors on everything for ease of use.

A few mods here and there and counting....
Agreed. Crimp connectors and heat shrink tubing is all you need.

No problem. It’s kind of fitting that your avatar picture is of astronauts, considering NASA does not allow any solder on spaceships.

Being Toyota guys, I just figured you'd solder and crimp.
