Lift and tire combo for daily use

    Hi guys I just bought a 17 2wd trd off road dbl cab and I want to lift the truck only issue is I drive 1000 or more miles a week for work what would be a good lift for that kind of daily use?

    Mild lift, stay under 3". If its just for daily use you can do either a body lift or suspension lift, depending on what your goals are. Body lift will just space the body from the frame making the truck taller, if you stay under 3" on that you'll avoid noticeable gaps and having to extend things. I've never lifted a 2WD or owned one, but I know there's different options for suspension lifts. I would imagine you could run up to 31" tires, but again someone with a 2WD will have to chime in on that.

    Unless my work paid for the gas I spend every week, no way in hell I would want to sacrifice mpg for looks. Even if you decrease by only 2mpg, that will add up very quickly.
