    A Gen3? No thanks. Don’t want a truck with a minivan motor.
    Merry Christmas!

So what’s that say about a minivan motor that will outrun your current ride? lol

Once you’ve been in a 3rd gen, you really appreciate it. I owned a 2nd gen and my new truck is by far the best all around Tacoma I’ve had. I’m guessing that since the build date on my truck, it was close enough to a 2018 that I don’t have any of the issues I’ve heard about in the 3rd Gens. I think they have worked out most of the kinks.

Anyway, again, have a Merry Christmas, brother!

I don’t buy a truck to race or go fast. I like a truck that pulls hard.

Me either. I traded in a 2016 F-150 3.5 Liter EcoBeast on this Tacoma. If I can transition from that to a new 3rd Gen, no one has any room to complain about the new Tacoma’s. THIS is my favorite truck I’ve ever owned. LOVE my 2017.
