Holy smokes! Christmas morning and we are all on TW arguing about snorkels!

    Merry Christmas everyone.

I wouldn’t go deeper than this in my truck, and at this depth, no snorkel required. Dust? I dunno, driven lots of dusty roads with no problems with stock air box, filter, and intake.

I think we can convince ourselves of anything to justify a purchase. Myself, in North America, I would only install a snorkel if you think it looks cool, which is fair. Otherwise, you are likely just de-valuing your truck by whacking a hole in the fender.

Not too familiar with AEV the quick google search showed a jeep snorkel and it looks like a big black elephant trunk just like the rest.

I was joking about the shape of the snorkel on the Dodge.

Do people actually put holes in their fenders to install these ugly things?

Just amazed people will actually cut into their cars to install this that's all. If you need it I guess I can see it.
