Op i bet it came from Schwarz in dover. Got mine there and it came from jersey. Quick promises and a long story but it was the same. I think it had 230 miles or something like that. Dealer in Salisbury nd tends to have what I call high mileage new trucks too. They all told me it is still new and a normal thing

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Years ago I bought a “new” vehicle with 2000 miles on it. The dealership owner told me he drove it to Florida and back for his vacation. I was fine with that and enjoyed the car for many more years. Edit: and put over 200,000 miles on that bitch

As long as it hasn't been titled it would technically be a new car. Also some states have a specific definition based on miles. In Virginia it supposedly is 750 miles that a dealership can't exceed without having to sell it as used. This was according to the Ford salesguy who sold me the Escape.

Also double check your paperwork. There should be a "New" box and a "Used" box that is checked off on the contract/paperwork/bill of sale.

    It does say new.

Yep. It went from them, to Sheehy in Stafford VA to where I purchased it (they had to go get it) in Bowie MD

Maybe I'm being picky but they would have to knock some cash off of the deal for those 219 miles...

Warranty starts from the odometer reading at time of paperwork. We’ve had a few that were brought in from other dealers before that had roughly 200mi on them and that is where our 36000 or whatnot started from. My 2011 MGM had a slight discoloration as well so that seems common (shouldn’t be but that’s a discussion for another thread).

You can find somebody with the paint meter and check the paint thickness to determine if it’s been repainted or not. I would suggest getting some clarification and based on mileage on the vehicle and commute from another location I would assume the first section of that document should’ve been checked off.

I just had to fill out a similar form for mine because I bought with 119 miles. I think it’s just stating you’re aware of it
