    Looking for some insight,

Thinking about picking up a set of ray 10s....when they get more in stock. Anyways, I have listed the specs of the ray 10s and the stock TRD off road wheels. If I bought ray 10s would I have any issues from rubbing? I currently run 265/75/16 BFGko2s.
Also, will my KO2s fit well on this wheel?
    RAYs specs
SIZE BOLT PATTERN BS OFFSET WEIGHT
    16 X 8 6 X 139.7 4.00" -12mm 21.5lbs

    Stock OR specs
SIZE BOLT PATTERN BS OFFSET WEIGHT
    16 X 7 ???? ?? 25mm ????

Only rubbing you may have is the mudflap. I’m running the tire and wheel you mentioned but w 1.5” lift. No rubbing.

You'll rub. I ran 265/70s on stock suspension and rubbed. It was only plastic though so that's an easy fix. Could also have your caster pulled forward and possibly fix the issue

You got rubbing with using stock tire size? Is that because the offset of the wheel moved the tire outboard?
Just curious as I am looking to get new tires for my 2017 offroad, and I just assumed if I used stock tire size I would not have any rubbing issues.

He’s saying 265/70/17 not stock which is 265/65/17. One up from stock.

i was running 265/70/17s which is the same as a 265/75/16. Just different size rim. Both are 1in taller than 265/70/16's

I have the 17s 265/70 and rub at random times. If I have 4 people in the truck it rubs when I switch directions but its all plastic rubbing.

I got lucky and managed to order a set of ray 10’s last week. Just looking for the right tire now. I see the ko2s in that 265/75/16 size only come in load E rating, have y’all experienced a slower more sluggish truck? A how much lost in mpg’s?
I do a lot of highway driving for work and looking for the best balance between highway and off-road.

I have the 16” Ray 10 w 265/75/16 ko2 E, on my 17 dclb. And I noticed about 1 mpg loss but didn’t hardly notice any power loss. It drives great and I wouldn’t choose any other setup. I have 1.5” of lift and no rub

Sorry to resurrect this thread from the dead... but i'm exact same boat as the OP was, and curious if any other people in the past 9 months have gone through this similar dilemma, and how much rubbing did they really have, even in this thread seems minimal/none?

I have Ray10s coming soon, I have 2 options, wrap them in the Goodyears that came on truck (2018 OR) because they have 700 miles on them, or sell the current OEM OR's wheels/tire combo (figure easier to sell whole set vs. just wheels) and put some 265/75/16 KO2s on it all at once. This will be done with NO lift at the moment as wife will only let me spend so much haha.

Curious on how much rubbing i'll get, new truck, trying to do as minimal cutting as possible, sounds like 265/75/16's fit on stock suspension, but then Ray10s offset causes some issue?

Trying to think through it all, appreciate the help of TW forum!

@VADER , you and I are in the same situation. I'm just waiting on my perimeter bolts to come back from the powder coater.

While I cannot vouch for this personally I've scoured TW for this info as well,

Best I can find to confirm 265/75/16 w Ray10 fit on stock suspension is this: https://youtu.be/p1zDYOGCwnk

From what I've seen, sticking with stock tires will give you no issue with Ray10s assuming no mudflaps.

Thanks for replying, yah i think i've seen this vid, he has another with heat gun and inner fender plastic rubbing. Ahh, i want to pull the trigger, I feel like it makes sense to just do it all at once, and maybe get a few more bucks for my current setup minus the TPMS.

Probably easier to sell as a package too...

Let me know when you get it mounted up!

The spots in this video is where i rubbed and did the same changes. a bit of trim and heat to push that plastic fender liner inward.
