    My mom went to “midnight” mass at 10:30. The bishop ended up doing the service and went long. I hadn’t heard her come back in, and it was snowing pretty hard. I stayed up to make sure she got home, she walked to the church as it’s only 3 blocks away from their house.

    Kid woke the rooster up this morning, had to open gifts there. Packed up and left there at 9, got home at 1:30. Then he opened gifts here with us. I put a ham on the smoker and started prepping dinner. Unloaded the haul from my parents, did laundry, etc. In laws came over for our fourth Christmas in three days. Drank beer, tended the ham, ate dinner during half time of the Steelers game, watched Cars 3 with the boy, now getting sleepy, evidenced by the rant recalling my last 24 hours.
