    What temp did you cook to? I'm at 129, gonna pull off at 130. I cooked in the smoker till 115, pulled it off for a post sear.

    I had the last one for awhile today. Need to go on diet.
    Wife used 4 sticks of butter on each one with seasoning. I think it was put in oven for one hr at 500 then turn off oven and let it sit in there for two hrs. Perfect rare inside :drool:

    17 with a shit ton of mashed potatoes, pineapple stuffing, green beans with beets and feta, ....... Jesus I can't remember the rest, there were like 10 Filipino sides thanks to the inlaws and a bunch of other shit.     I guess I get a do-over now Baja Roof Rack, SOS Concepts Bed Bars, Tepui RTT,SOS Concepts Streamline, (mostly)Keeping it washed
    Look up edisto river adventures. They are all about doing shuttles and such for that kind of stuff. They are (by river) 2 to 3 miles past givhans but should be able to assist. They are on Facebook for sure and have offered my group the transportation when we are ready to shutle and kayak back to a friends home below where they are. :)
