    Merry Christmas all!

Santa came and left me a set of 9" LED lights (Amazon knockoffs of ARB intensities).

Someone was talking about this at my Christmas and they said it hasn't been since '02 that we've had a white Christmas.

Merry belated Christmas everyone! Hopefully you're all still sleeping off the booze from yesterday and not having to head back to work yet and that Santa brought you lots of car parts/uprgrades.

    Morning all.

I'm off this week. I will have to telecommute tomorrow for a bit but rest of the time will allow me to spend as much time as possible with the MIL...

@micwillia, let me know if you're heading down this way.

Morning all. Looking for little info, if I make a deal on a new Jeep including the trade in, how can I keep my "Green" plate without having a new Jeep to transfer it to? It would be an order that would be prob 2 months, I can give up my Jeep now if the deal was good cause I have the work van.

    Morning all! Happy Monday! Er.....Tuesday...
Drove to Farmington yesterday for x-mas with the family, in the middle of that storm. Whiteout conditions the whole way, 3-6 inches of snow on the road (depending on what town we were in). Lots of fun! Wanted to get video of it but I was driving so obviously no cell phone use for me. And the GF refused because she wanted me to slow down

This was basically my drive, though.

    What's normally a 50 minute trip took about 90

Hopefully you all stayed safe and had a good time!

I had a similar experience driving on 495 yesterday. Don't think there was that much snow on the road though, maybe 2 inches. I could probably see 50 feet ahead, kinda weird when an overpass appears out of nowhere in front of you haha.

We came across the Kangamangus like that one year. She was yelling at me to stop but if I stopped I would have been screwed. Might have gotten stuck and prob would have been hit by someone else that couldn't see

At one point I rode right up on a guy in a Subaru and didn't even know that he was there until I was within 20-30 feet. Whole back side of his car was plastered white, so deep that his running lights and plate lights were completely invisible. By the time we got to Farmington I had 8 inches of snow stuck straight out on the back of my truck/cap. But I ran with my hazards flashing, and the mirror lights stayed clear the whole trip up, so those at least were visible from behind.

Yep, that was our trip too. I don't think I went faster than 40 the whole way up. I never drive with the truck locked in to 4x4; usually I only click it on when I'm pulling away from a stoplight or up a steep hill. But I locked it in when we pulled out of our driveway and never switched it back until I shut the truck off in my parent's driveway

Keep the registration active and drop your insurance coverage to bare bones. I sold a truck 8 months ago. Registry won't know and insurance agency could care less.

Hey Billy, remember the guy that had the other jeep when we went to Henniker? His name was Morgan and he owns an insurance company. He'd be able to help you figure this out. If you PM me I can give you his info.
