What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I passed 3 spin-outs this morning - all German built vehicles...Not sure I can blame the vehicles tho...

 

Hate to be the one to tell you this but uh, looks like your shifter knob is on backwards

 

Yeah it got fixed about 5 seconds after taking the picture... As well as the wiring down in the well.

 

I wasn't sure, it just stuck out to me like a sore thumb for some reason. Compressor set up looks clean though!! why I was surprised that it was turned around haha.

 

Installed some new amps that Santa brought me

 

Are they Nilights? if so there nice I have had mine for over two years and never have gotten condensation behind the lenses.

 

I don’t remember! I have some of their other lights and they’re a great product.

Kids got me a couple cool gifts...haven’t had a chance to install the door logo lights yet but played around with em in the dark.

 

How and where is every body mounting their Ultra Gauges?

 

Ran the wire up the A-pillar, and under the headliner.

 

So I'm thinking it's a head unit from a 2016+. Apparently the base models came with them.



Now I'm wondering:
1. How hard would it be to find one?
2. Is it really worth it?
3. Can we just update ours with that version of entune?

 

I just read the reviews for the entune app in the Apple store. People are not happy! I have never used the app so I am wondering what Tacoma world thinks about it before i download.

 

I use the entune app to link my pandora account to my radio. That's really it though. You could just turn on pandora and use the bluetooth, but using the entune app allows me to use the pandora app on my radio so I can easily switch channels and give songs thumbs up or down.

 

Got my windows tinted today. Got to beat the Florida heat!

The owner before me had a block heater installed. Which I used this morning when I got to work because it was -23. She still struggled to start at lunch!

 

Had knob troubles. Solution: Wait until Christmas for a new, improved, solid replacement knob!
