Re-Badging Doors

Has anyone re-badged their Tacoma emblems? I’ve read to use double sided 3M tape, but it doesn’t sit flush with the door. Anyone have success with this?

 

I have had good results with the small size of 3M tape. The skinniest size they sell is pretty thin and Ive used it to put letters and badges back on.

 

Link? All the ones I have are the same thickness. I can’t find any thinner

I usually just go to home depot to find it. It's the smaller size. The one inch size is fatter/thicker.

 

Easy, peazy and perfect with this. This is exactly what you need. Requires no trimming at all. Just adheres to the emblem and then tears away when you take it off. Perfect results!
