    Update on Anderson Truck Trail:

Please note there are several unrecognized trails within this area that are commonly referred to as Finding Neo, Sidewinder, Spicolli etc. (I mention these only for location reference purposes). This has been a culmination of work from several partners including SDMBA since 2008. We thank all partners involved in the area and look forward to further partnerships. Please attend the upcoming meeting in Alpine on Monday, October 23 at the Alpine Library to learn more! 6 p.m.

Anderson Truck Trail - Notice of Upcoming Work

Construction work is scheduled to begin in the upcoming months on the Anderson Truck Trail (ATT) which was identified for decommissioning in 2008. The project will rehabilitate old roads and parking areas on NFS lands. In the years since, SDMBA has been working with a coalition of adjacent land managers and local jurisdictions to secure legal public access to the Forest Service parcel containing several popular non-system trails. Although legal access is still pending, the Forest has modified their order to decommission Anderson Truck Trail (the road that runs south to north and east to west) and instead will replace the existing road with a single-track trail.

Contractors will begin work in the upcoming months on National Forest Service land to construct a single track trail along historical Anderson Truck Trail within the decommissioning project. The road-to-trail conversion project will utilize excavation equipment to narrow the corridor into a single track, while the large parking areas and other unauthorized roads at the top will be rehabilitated to its natural habitat.

Currently, there is no legal way to access the NFS trails without trespassing on private property. SDMBA is aware that the public has historically accessed these trails through unauthorized means. Please respect the ownership east of this area and avoid trespassing on the El Capitan Reservation. The trail commonly referred to as “World Cup” crosses onto Tribal lands and in past instances, has extensively damaged cultural and natural resources. In response, the Tribe has added gates and several miles of fencing along their property boundary to block the public from accessing and damaging this area. SDMBA respects Tribal land rights and discourages the public from trespassing.

Once legal access is acquired to NFS lands, the San Diego Mountain Bike Association in coordination with the Descanso Ranger District on the Cleveland National Forest is proposing trail improvements, reroutes, reconditioning and new development in the future."

We will continue to notify the public with any updates.

If you would like to be placed on our email interest list for ATT, please email executivedirector (at) sdmba (dot) com. Please direct any questions to Ben Stone at bens (at) sdmba (dot) com or Forest Service Questions to Lindsey Steinwachs at lcsteinwachs (at) fs.fed.us

Is it a stock pulley length? Your best bet would be trying to cross reference the belt through Gates (belt company) and find one at a Napa or Carquest that has lots of inventory.
If you have trouble PM me and I will see if I can find a cross reference so you can search for a P/N and make your life much easier.

OK here is one: Dayco Dynaflex #610K4

(on another post) The generic sizing is 4PK-1575

I believe this is the OE Toyota P/N: Part # PTR30-35040

Found the Gates#, very common belt: Gates belt K040620

Hope this helps you out brother!

Anyone near Downsouth Motorsports that is coming up towards Escondido/Temecula today? Need to buy a new seal kit and shock oil to rebuild my rear shock. Need to get this ASAP for my weekend trip.

Everything was running perfect before the install. When I started it up after it idled at like 3k fine, dropped to 2k and started sounding super rough, dropped to 1k and sounded like it was misfiring like a bitch and then it died. All vacuum hoses should be in their proper places. I unplugged the MAF to see if that was fucking with it and it did the same cycle as before but stayed a bit smoother and longer at the 2k range. Grey blower. No fuel mods, 7th injector on order. If I give it gas it tries to respond but won't. There's three mystery vacuum ports that I can't figure out. One on the back of the blower. It's a 90 degree elbow turning left. The second I believe is the PCV valve. And the third comes off of the intake tube.

So I never got to wish my TW Family a MERRY CHRISTMAS and hope you all have a great New Year as well. Sorry for the delay in wishing you all well, just been having a rather tough time lately and just trying to get through it somehow.

I finished the span between the 2 fences I built (now a total of over 100' of 7' Cedar dog ear), and she still tries to peer over it and keep tabs on me, what a stalker!! Damn people need to mind their own business...one in particular! I wish TRUMP would start to build that wall starting at my back yard, and it should be 100' high and 10' thick and be electrified on her side!

Anyway hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year and your next year is absolutely awesome!! Have an awesome week and weekend my friends!

Did it run OK before the belt was replaced??

Edit, saw it did, very likely the hoses arent correct.
