Nice job with the wiring! How'd you do that?

I had a wiring harness left over from something else, so I chopped it up to work for what I wanted.

The way I have it come on with my high beams is with an add a circuit tapped into the high beam fuse under the hood. That triggers pin 86 on the relay to tell it to close and turn the lights on.

Got damn these lights are bright! They’re more of a flood pattern, so I’m going to angle them outwards a little bit to help light up everything better. They’re perfect for any slow speed night wheeling I may do.

    o_O 1000k?

Did you tell him about your 1000k?

Are you moving there or just selling things to the PNW? Either way that's awesome!

On an unrelated note, Tony got out today. I was in and out working on my truck, and my wife let him out not realizing the gate was open. Thank goodness for this GPS tracker we have on him for that very reason!!

I got a notification on my phone he got out, I started tracking him via the app, and found him within minutes. It’s a good thing because there’s a good bit of traffic on our road and people driving too fast.

here is my dilemma.. a $100 light bar.. could spend that on something else. I sort of want to buy some KC Hilites lights for the Prinsu cut out. But those are so much more! The devil on my shoulder says do it.. the angel says no

Go with the cheap one. We NEVER night wheel, so there’s no need to buy something expensive.

As far as the “could spend that on something else” part, well, we buy dumb unnecessary shit for our trucks all the time :D

That's great! Good foresight in getting that. You never think that it'll happen to your dog, but when it does....

    Do it

Thanks! We originally got it because we were worried about him hopping the fence. Luckily that’s not a concern anymore since the dummy can’t even hop on our bed which is like 2.5’ off the ground.

I don’t think that’d go with the theme. You already have LED ditch lights and a small bar, so might as well keep it LED. If you want bad ass and expensive, get the Baja designs one.
