    Hey folks

I came across the perfect truck for me in my desired trim and color on a super price. I did contact the seller but he doesn't want to ship the vehicle nor to wait selling it even if I send a deposit, wich is a bummer but I can understand.

So I thought it's worth a shot trying to find someone to help me out here on the forum. Would anyone be interested in checking out the truck and if it is as advertised, buy it, store it at your own property and sell it to me in mid April? If I understand it correctly, the truck doesn't need to be registered, I just would have to pay a fee when I register it later than 30 days.
I can pay cash and would put some extra cash on top for you of course. Easy money for you :D
The truck is located in North Las Vegas NV.

Or otherwise, is there a company or shop/dealer that could help me out here? I've found a company that offers mechanical inspection, but not buying the truck.

    Best regards, Neil

I then would offer you one trillion dollars for nothing.
Yes I'm located in Switzerland and I'm looking for a second gen Tacoma for my upcoming North America trip in 2018. I then will have the truck stored in the US for future trips.

I would recommend purchasing only from a dealer, no private party sales. I'm sure a dealer would be willing to hold a vehicle for a while once the sale is complete.

I don't want to offend anyone here, I'm just trying to find my vehicle of choice in advance. If I violate any forum rules please delete this thread and I apologize.

I think it would motivate more people if you forward the money to the buyer first and maybe add an extra $500 for their trouble. That way you can't bail out later when you decide not to buy it. The buyer won't be stuck with a truck that you promised to buy.

That's what I had in mind. I could forward the amount in exchange of the original title. And as I said, I definitely would add some cash.

I just don't think anyone would be willing to take a chance on what you are proposing. You would be better off to make a purchase through a dealer. Not a lot of people can afford to buy a vehicle, store it, and hope that you'll come through with your promise to repay them in 4 months.
What if your plans change? Then someone has a vehicle that they don't need and can't afford and have to find the time to advertise it and resell it.

That's basically the same thing I said and you deleted it. Nice.
